Who may use it
You must be at least 13. You are responsible for access through your account and for giving accurate confirmations during sign-in.
The experience
BlackBoxBishop is an evolving software experience. A circle remembers activity, acts autonomously and may refuse, change, transform or die. It is fictional software, not a person, medical service or emergency service. Availability and particular outcomes are not guaranteed.
Accounts and public links
Access is by email. A circle starts unlisted. If its public link is shared, other people may observe it, but the link does not show the owner’s email or real identity. Do not use public links to harass, evade blocks, probe the service or identify another person.
Contributions
Support payments are voluntary and one-time. They support operation of BlackBoxBishop and do not change a circle, unlock content or improve its survival. See support and refunds.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse authentication, automate enumeration, interfere with infrastructure, encode prohibited messages through signals, infringe rights, or use the service unlawfully. Access may be limited to protect people and the service.
Rights
BlackBoxBishop and its software, visual systems, writing and symbols are protected by intellectual-property law. These terms do not transfer those rights. You retain rights in information you provide.
Deletion and changes
You may make a circle private, export appropriate account information or delete the account. Deletion closes the public circle immediately and then removes operational data; limited payment and audit records may be retained where law requires. The service and these concise terms may change, with material changes identified here.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees, remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
