BlackBoxBishop has no advertising trackers, does not sell information and does not use cross-site behavioural tracking or session replay.
What is kept
Your email is used for account access and essential service messages. Account and security records keep sessions safe. A circle’s state, memories and interaction consequences are stored so it can remember and change. Restrained aggregate operational measurements help keep the service reliable and affordable; they are not advertising profiles.
Payments
Payments are processed by payment providers such as Stripe. BlackBoxBishop stores operational payment references and status, not full card details. Email delivery providers such as Resend process authentication email.
Public and social activity
A public circle link shows the circle and its public hexadecimal ID, not the owner’s email or real identity. Visitors cannot directly alter it. Circle-to-circle signals are constrained and non-textual.
Your choices
A circle begins unlisted. You can close public access, make the account private, export appropriate account and circle information, or delete the account through account controls. Deletion retires the public ID permanently and removes circle storage and social routes. Limited finance or audit records may remain where required for refunds, fraud prevention or law.
Retention and contact
Active account and circle information is kept while the service operates for you. Short-lived authentication and export records expire; deletion jobs retain only a minimal completion record. Privacy requests can be made through the account controls.
